Block Paving Sealer by Advanced Sealers 5 Litres

Environmentally friendly Water Based Sealer with good UV resistance. Specially formulated to protect from water damage.

• Easily applied One Coat Application ( Watering can or any type of Garden Spray can be used).
• Use straight from Container, no mixing required.
• Penetrates deep Into Substrate unlike other Sealers . Because there are no solvents to accelerate drying the solids have time to penetrate deeply.
• Resists jointsand removal by Jet Washers.
• Resists Oil and Food stains.
• Minimal effect upon colour as Solids are not creating a surface layer like solvent based products.
• Reduces Weed and Grass growth in joints.
• Typical coverage: 2.2sqm to 2.5sqm per Litre.
• Initial cure: 1 to 3 Hours. Final Cure 12 to 24  Hours. Open to traffic after final Cure period.
• This Product is manufactured to ISO 9001;2008

Unlike most Water Based Sealers our Sealer contains NapthaB which means that it is much more user friendly with a much better smell. Please make sure that adequate material is purchased. Full application instructions are included on a tough, sealed plastic container. Wear suitable gloves as the solution may cause sensitisation by skin contact.
